Qualification: B.E, BTech
Overall experience in IT: Minimum 7 years
Relevent experience in Java development: Minimum 5 years
Hands-on development by integrating AI in the project
Mandatory skills
- Integration of AI into development task
- Java framework: Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, Webservices, etc.
- DB, SQL
- Cloud, Microservices architecture, CI/CD
Good-to-have skills
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Message queues, Active MQ, Rabbit MQ
- Redis cache, Apache Kafka
- Documentation
Expectations and Responsibilities
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Should prioritize automating tasks and integrating AI into development
- Should design/develop/maintain scalable and reliable applications.
- Should be able to analyze applications to understand problems, troubleshoot and propose solutions.
- Should be able to perform hands-on development, documentation, unit testing, integration testing, building, & deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into development processes.
- Lead development team:
- Lead the development team by mentoring, guiding with respect to understanding, documenting, coding, building, & deployment.
- Proactively communicate with the stakeholders.
