How does Onsite Model Work?
Nichi-In Software’s Staff Augmentation services provide skilled professionals to work under your direct management to help you develop, manage and maintain your applications. Our skilled software professionals can help you manage fluctuating skill needs and the varied staffing needs to meet your aggressive project timelines.
This model involves deputation of suitable resources from Nichi-In Software to work at the customers’ location or any location as required by the customer. It can be individuals or a team of resources for a particular duration. The customer shall pay an hourly/monthly rate which is agreed upon at the time of signing of the contract. In this case, apart from the hourly/monthly fee for the resources, the customer would take care of return airfare, transportation expenses in India/ Country of work, visa charges, insurance charges, daily allowance and accommodation.
