Health Insurance Scheme:
Employees and their dependant family members are covered under a Group Health Insurance Scheme as per company policy for reimbursement of hospitalization expenses.
Special Conveyance and Traveling allowance:
Employees get a monthly fixed special Conveyance and Traveling allowance.
Bonus(VAS) Scheme:
Employees are paid a special bonus every year based on their individual as well as company performances as Value Added Services to the company.
Employee Gratuity fund:
On completion of 5 successful years of service with the organization, the employee becomes eligible to receive benefits from the Employee Gratuity Fund. This will be paid to the employee on his/her latest basic salary at the time of separation/retirement.
Executive Medical Check-up:
Employees are to undergo a medical check up paid by the organization once they join.
